Do I have to book an apartment from you if I want to book an Paris Experience itinerary.
No you do not. Of course you can book one of our unique Paris Experience without booking one of our apartments. A lot of people like to book the two together because when they do, they receive a 10% savings on their entire package resulting in hundreds of dollars back in their pocket to spend in Paris.
What makes your company different than Airbnb or any other rental firm?
No other firm offers our type of hands-on service. There is no one else who offers the special Paris Experience itinerary service which makes it hassle free, and downright easy to book a complete week in Paris that truly suits you and your party. When you rent directly from an owner via Airbnb or another site, you are not guaranteed that the place will be professionally cleaned and you will not receive the personal attention that our kind of service provides. We keep our prices competitive while delivering a huge amount of extra service.
Are your apartments in safe neighborhoods?
Our apartments are only located in the safest Paris neighborhoods, in beautiful buildings where Parisians live. There are security codes at the main door as well as the entrance to the apartments.
How do I book an apartment or an experience?
Simply let us know what you are interested in, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you are ready to book, we’ll send you an invoice to pay in order to confirm the booking.
I've never stayed in an apartment, I've only stayed in hotels and I'm worried.
This is why we created our unique Paris Experience. We have several members of staff on the ground who will make your restaurant reservations and book your tours. They, in essence, are acting as your Paris concierge. Our experiences are half-way between a complete do-it-yourself Paris trip and a fully guided tour.
How do I pay?
Once you decide to book we'll send you an invoice, which you can pay with visa or mastercard.
What about a security deposit?
Upon your arrival, we simply authorize your credit card, like a hotel, but nothing is charged unless there are damages in the apartment after your departure.
What about cancellations with Paris Experiences?
A 50% deposit is taken at the booking with the balance due 60 days before your arrival.
Payments are partially refundable in accordance with our contract. Please read the cancellation policy on page 2 of our agreement. Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellation.

Is there anything I need to bring – What items are included in the rentals?
All of our lovely apartments have these standard items: wifi, TV, kitchen appliances, dishes & cookware; professionally cleaned sheets, blankets, towels; iron, hair dryer.
What services are provided?
When you arrive at the apartment, your personal greeter will show you around & explain how everything works. An orientation tour of the neighborhood is included. Every flat has an information booklet with details about how to use the appliances & other items in the apartment. Upon your final payment, we supply you with information about where to find other services like babysitters, etc.
For an extra charge, we can provide these items if requested at the time of the booking:
Airport transfer, mid-week cleaning, stocking your fridge with food, flowers and champagne. We even have a personal chef who can make you a gourmet meal in your very own flat!
Are the apartment pictures accurate?
Yes. We do not allow photos with wide angle lenses that distort the real size of a room. **Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any last minute changes/modifications made by the owners without our knowledge. This circumstance however is extremely rare.
What about smoking?
We have a strict NO SMOKING rule in all of our flats. No smoking in the hallways, the courtyards or in the building at any time.
